Due to the nature of much of our merchandise we are unable to accept returns on the more personal items that have been opened. But many items are accepted as returns if defective, broken or fail to meet your expectations. Please ask if you have questions about our return policy on specific products.
Please read all the material that comes with the product you purchased as some companies will provide a replacement for defective items. Some items must be returned to the manufacturer – this is usually indicated within the products packaging.
If the item purchased uses a batteries please use fresh well charged batteries. Check the contacts between the battery and the item is not blocked by a small piece of paper used to keep the item from turning on when shipped.
Some products require you to “press and hold” a button to turn it off. Some products require you to run through all levels to reach the off position. Please check the promotional material that comes with the item or try the other option.
Otherwise; if you are not satisfied with the item purchased please contact us immediately. (within 10 days)
Purchased items may be refunded or exchanged at our discretion. We do not refund shipping costs.
